Why is the same product cheaper here than on Amazon?

Same seller, same product, same shipping. Amazon charges a marketplace fee on every sale; ordering directly from us skips it, and we pass that along as a lower price.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell is purchased from the brands' authorized wholesale distributor and ships in original manufacturer packaging.

Is the stock count on the site accurate?

Yes. Inventory syncs from our distributor's warehouse every hour. If it shows in stock, we can ship it.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders over $30 ship free; under $30 is a flat $6.95.

Do you sell live fish, plants, or invertebrates?

Not at this time. We now focus on aquarium and reptile dry goods.

Can you help me pick the right product?

Absolutely. Email plantsnfins@gmail.com with your tank or enclosure details and what you are trying to solve.

Do you price match?

Our prices follow manufacturer minimum advertised pricing, which is the same floor every authorized retailer follows. We make up the difference with free shipping over $30 and fast dispatch.

Can I pick up locally?

Not currently. All orders ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal's guest checkout. You do not need a PayPal account.
