Returns

Unopened dry goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

• Email plantsnfins@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
• We will reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
• Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

Not returnable

• Opened food, medications, water treatments, and supplements
• Used or installed equipment
• Clearance items marked final sale

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to post it.
